There are no refunds or returns on products, materials or supplies. Defective products, materials or supplies will be replaced by CastART Resins. Customers must notify CastART Resins of any damaged or defective products, materials or supplies within 24 hours of reception and supply proof upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect products, materials or supplies upon delivery. No refund or return may be made after products, materials or supplies have been used and/or mixed and/or installed. All repackaging costs, return shipping and/or delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility. All products, materials and supplies must be returned in saleable condition.
